Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted,  instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as a Store Credit. 

Store credits (in the form of gift cards) are valid for 12 months from the date it was issued. Please present store credit at the time of purchase.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please Note:

• Shipping charges are non refundable.

• Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.

• Pre-Orders are Final Sale. 

• Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.

• Eva Moda Infantil is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once accepted by the mail carrier, we have no control or liability over delivery delays. 

• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are entered at checkout. Discount codes can't be applied after purchase.
