Shipping policy

Shipping to the US and PR:

We guarantee that orders will be fulfilled promptly. We ship in stock items within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

We ship all orders using USPS Standard Shipping. These are our rates:

• PR shipping rate: $6.00

• US shipping rate: $8.00

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.

Shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships. 

Pick Up Orders:

Pick up Orders will be processed within 24 hours. However, they will be available to be picked up Tuesdays and Saturdays 10am-5pm in Hato rey. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

When your order is ready for Pick Up you will receive an email or text message. Please send a message through Whatsapp at 939-200-4801 to coordinate your Pick Up. Also, if you have special request for Pick Up please contact us to arrange it.

Pre Orders:

Pre- Orders will be shipped as soon as they are delivered. Pre-Orders may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. The majority of our pieces come from Spain and need to go through Customs. Pre-Orders are Final Sale.
